These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Creative Practice website and your purchase of classes, workshops, events, and related services from Creative Practice.
By using this website, registering for a program, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About us
Creative Practice is an art and wellness studio based in Brockville, Ontario, Canada.
2. Eligibility and registration
By registering for a service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to keep your contact information current so we can communicate with you about your booking.
For programs involving minors, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Program information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, dates, times, pricing, and instructor information are accurate. However, errors or changes may occasionally occur. Creative Practice reserves the right to correct errors, update information, and make changes to schedules, instructors, format, or pricing where necessary.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
5. Cancellations, refunds, and transfers
All cancellations, refunds, credits, and transfers are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Participant responsibility
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, other participants, and the studio space. Creative Practice reserves the right to remove a participant from a class, workshop, event, or the premises where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. In such cases, no refund may be provided.
7. Health and well-being
Creative Practice provides art, learning, and general wellness experiences. We do not provide medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are responsible for deciding whether a class, workshop, or wellness activity is appropriate for them. If you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern and are unsure whether participation is appropriate, please consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before attending.
Participants are responsible for working within their own comfort level and physical limits during any activity.
8. Accessibility and accommodation requests
We welcome accessibility requests and will make reasonable efforts to provide accessible formats, communication supports, and accommodations in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us as early as possible so we can work with you on appropriate arrangements.
9. Assumption of risk
Participation in art classes and wellness activities may involve certain inherent risks, including minor injury, allergic reaction, emotional discomfort, or damage to clothing or personal property. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to take reasonable care for your own safety and belongings.
10. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, and course descriptions, belongs to Creative Practice or is used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
11. Photography and promotional use
From time to time, Creative Practice may take photographs or videos in the studio for promotional purposes. We will seek consent where appropriate. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please let us know.
12. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
13. Third-party services
Our website or booking system may use third-party providers, including payment processors, scheduling tools, email platforms, or social media links. Creative Practice is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services.
14. Consumer rights
These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable law. Nothing in them is intended to waive or limit rights you may have under Ontario consumer protection legislation or other mandatory legal protections.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Practice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in services. Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
